About the job
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, platform algorithms, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with influencer marketing or community management.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or graphic design.
- Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management.
