The primary function of the Retail Operations Specialist Assistant Officer position is to assist the VP, Retail Operations Specialist in managing the relationship between the bank and the current processor, FIS. This includes assistance with managing the software application IBS, (IBS Insight, IBS Sales & Service, IBS Sales Management, IBS Business Intelligence Center with Report Scheduler & IBS TellerInsight). Additional applications include Synergy (Optical System), Sendpoint (Branch Capture), DAT (Digital Administration Tool for Ceb, Beb and Mobile banking), Check Imaging and eAccess. The position is also responsible for understanding and administrating ACE Security, access to our core processing system.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintains an effective schedule to ensure efficient operation of IBS and applications that keep the bank running.
Monitor all daily FIS Bulletins to ensure that applications are running properly. Forward necessary bulletins as needed.
Review and perform any changes needed to IBS & IBS Sales & Service for each quarterly product release or when required by FIS.
Create, revise, run or refresh BIC reports as needed by bank personnel.
Assist audit in gathering documentation necessary for bank audits.
Must have technical knowledge to run daily, weekly and monthly reports for departments as assigned.
Must be able to understand account opening procedures and how revisions are made to accounts and customer demographics.
Must be able to recognize good workflow opportunities that can be incorporated in IBS Sales & Service to assist retail personnel.
Must have a good working knowledge of what forms and documentation are needed for opening various bank accounts and how they should function within IBS Sales & Service.
Must be able to communicate information to customers, supervisors, and other bank personnel within bank guidelines for quality service, including professional appearance.
Must be able to coordinate computer updates and distributions of IBS TellerInsight with the IT department.
Must have knowledge of bank processes to open tickets when personnel require assistance with FIS.
Must have skills to manage projects. To lead, delegate and implement new products or software.
Prepares written communications such as procedures, training materials, and related information to retail personnel.
Assists in training bankers on required software applications.
Exercises judgment and decision making in problem solving.
Assists bank personnel in a team effort to get all jobs done in a timely and accurate manner.
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Pay Range: $50,000 – $80,000 annually
Pay is contingent on years of experience, skills and abilities
