As a Private Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Private Wealth Advisor’s practice. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality client service, overseeing practice operations, and advancing growth initiatives in collaboration with the PWA and support staff.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and can balance client relationship management with business planning and operational efficiency.
Client Service Excellence
Deliver top-tier service to existing clients, prospects, and centers of influence (COIs).
Establish and maintain a client service plan that aligns with sales and retention goals.
Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Practice Management
Oversee Client Service Associates (CSA) and support staff to ensure seamless practice operations.
Define and implement operating norms, communication protocols, and succession planning for the team.
Lead regular practice meetings, retreats, and pipeline reviews to track progress and drive outcomes.
Business Growth
Partner with PWAs to co-develop and execute a Business Plan targeting growth in the private wealth market.
Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and strengthen client retention.
Collaborate with Marketing to generate and follow up on prospective client opportunities, including digital lead generation.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the link between PWAs, CSAs, and internal partners, ensuring alignment of priorities.
Foster open communication and team collaboration across all stakeholders.
Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Capital Group is seeking a results-driven professional who combines industry knowledge with strong leadership and client service skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
Licensing: Series 65 required within 9 months of hire.
Certifications: CFP preferred.
Experience: Proven success in financial services, wealth management, or private client relationship roles.

Base Salary Range:
Atlanta: $113,208 – $150,943
New York: $134,717 – $179,623
Bonus Opportunities: Annual performance bonus plus profitability bonus.
Retirement Plan: Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings toward retirement savings.
