As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organized Online Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and client projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll assist our team with a variety of support tasks across different projects. This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Typical tasks may include:

• Attending virtual meetings and taking clear, structured notes
• Organizing meeting summaries and tracking action items
• Assisting with simple task management and project tracking
• Following up with team members on deadlines and deliverables
• Managing shared documents and client folders
• Helping with light research, admin work, or content coordination as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized and dependable
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Notion, etc.)
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Bonus if you’ve worked in digital marketing or social media environments
