PNC Financial Services Group is hiring a Branch Banker (MLO) for its branch located at 405 Fifth Avenue South, Suite 405a, Naples, FL 34102. This full-time banking role focuses on building strong customer relationships, deepening accounts, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
As a Branch Banker, you will grow the branch’s customer base through proactive sales and service activities. You will identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and position PNC products to meet customer needs. This position is essential in helping clients manage their finances while supporting the branch’s revenue goals.
Engage clients in full financial conversations to discover and meet their banking needs.
Drive sales through outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, teller engagements, and appointment setting.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand customer relationships and increase share of wallet.
Provide education on PNC digital tools and resources to simplify customer transactions.
Monitor and manage risk by following PNC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Participate in branch operations, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but no formal degree is required.
At least 3 years of related banking or sales experience is typically needed.
Strong skills in customer service, proactive sales, and problem solving.
Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, and digital banking tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective communication.
Accountability and client loyalty building.
Effective prospecting and understanding customer needs.
Comfort with digital platforms and leveraging technology in daily tasks.
Candidates must pass background checks in line with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).
