🔍 Key Responsibilities

👮‍♂️ Security & Access Control

• Monitor and operate the computerized access control system (ACS) and CCTV surveillance systems.

• Control and document vehicle and personnel access to restricted airport zones.

• Respond to security concerns, unauthorized access, and access denial scenarios.

📻 Communication & Dispatching

• Operate two-way radio systems, public address systems, and voice communication consoles.

• Dispatch resources across secured airport zones and provide status updates.

• Handle radio frequencies and emergency communication with precision.

📝 Reporting & Auditing

• Compile incident reports and investigative summaries.

• Support monthly audits and internal security assessments.

• Maintain accurate and permanent logs of all access-related events.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in report writing and clear written communication.

• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, ACS, and telecommunications equipment.

• Ability to multitask under pressure, especially during emergency dispatch operations.

• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities in high-security environments.

🎓 Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

• Prior experience in airport security, military, law enforcement, or access control is an asset.

• Exceptional computer and analytical skills.

• Must be comfortable with shift-based work in a 24/7 operational environment.
