🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Customer Service & Lounge Management

Be the first point of contact for all Priority customers entering the lounge.

Greet and engage customers within the first 10 seconds of arrival.

Manage traffic flow, assist with queries, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide support in opening instant accounts, issuing debit cards, cheques, and certificates.

Handle customer queries via phone with professionalism.
🔹 Account & Transaction Handling

Perform cash withdrawals, RTGS transfers, pay order/demand drafts, and deposits.
-
Process account service requests through ARF on Spark and Misys.
-
Track and resolve client complaints and maintain detailed records.
🔹 Lounge Operations & Compliance
-
Ensure lounge ambiance, cleanliness, branding, and timely notifications for maintenance.

Manage inventory like welcome packs, debit card kits, and marketing material.
-
Comply with audit, AML, risk, and governance protocols.
💼 Additional Duties

Promote digital migration and assist clients in using alternate delivery channels.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer requests logged via Here to Help or internal systems.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business).
Experience Required: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
